DESIGN CONCEPT
An attempt to create an identifiable spatial identity for a multistory residential building using the common areas and amenities as public spaces for the residents. A variety of modest materials finished in diverse and interesting ways creates a good balance between familiarity and the extra ordinary. The highlight is visible on the third floor podium level where transparent pavilions for gathering are set amidst Southeast Asian style tropical gardens and pools.
