DESIGN CONCEPT
Located in the humid, scorching, greasy and dusty micro climate of one of the world’s premier cast iron factories, the proposed office building located at one end of this vast manufacturing complex is meant to provide a moment of distraction and relief from the otherwise hectic and noisy surrounding atmosphere. The L shaped office building encloses a private courtyard planted with exotic and luxurious vegetation that is inviting and welcoming while also providing for comforting and soothing views from each office floor.
