DESIGN CONCEPT
The diverse nature of the building’s occupation is expressed in the use of contrasting brick- clad residential floors on top of a more transparent and delicate lower commercial base. The exposed two level staircase along the front facade engages its users with the adjacent street bringing the private and public in closer contact.
